Board Chairman
A Lawyer specializing in complex structured products, with stints at Cleary Gottlieb in New York and São Paulo. He combines the rigor of traditional markets with over a decade of experience as a trader, builder, and operator in crypto and fintech. Alongside Goldman Sachs, he designed Nubank's first structured credit infrastructure. He served as COO of Xerpa (acquired by Betterfly), leading operations following investments from Kaszek and QED. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a BA in International Relations from the University of Washington

Bruno Batavia

A financial innovation specialist with over 13 years at the Banco Central do Brasil (BCB), where he served as Deputy Manager of the Drex Project (Digital Real). He led the BCB's CBDC and Tokenization working groups and authored the institution's first working paper on digital currencies. He holds an MPA from Columbia University and an LL.B. from PUC-Rio. He has been recognized globally by Global Government Fintech as one of the most influential figures in the sector.

Co-founder of Framework Ventures, one of the world's largest venture capital firms specializing in blockchain. A pioneer in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) investing, Michael led investments in global networks including Chainlink, Aave, and Synthetix. Prior to Framework, he founded Hashletes — acquired after securing an official NFL license — and served as a product manager at Snapchat and Dropbox, structuring their monetization platforms.

With over a decade of investment management experience, she worked as an analyst at Bill Gates' Investment Office (Cascade) and at Boston University, covering asset allocation, risk management, and private equity. André Lara Resende

Economist and one of the architects of the Plano Real, with a career marked by the presidency of BNDES and service as a director of the Banco Central do Brasil. He was a founding partner of Banco Matrix and Banco Garantia, and a member of the Board of Directors of Itaú Unibanco. He holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). At Crown, André contributes his strategic vision on the evolution of monetary systems and the integration of the Brazilian economy into new global standards for digital assets.
