When should you contact the Ombudsman?

This institution is a member of the Shared Ombudsman System of ABRACAM, the Brazilian Foreign Exchange Association (Associação Brasileira de Câmbio).

Only use the Ombudsman service if Crown Sociedade Prestadora de Serviços de Ativos Virtuais Ltda’s regular customer service channels did not meet your needs, or did not meet them satisfactorily, for any reason.

So before you contact the Ombudsman, please reach out to Crown and explain what you need. Every contact with the Ombudsman is formally recorded within the company and has set deadlines for a response and a resolution. To have your request registered, reviewed and answered, you must clearly provide at least the following information:

The name of the institution or company that served you;

The name of the person you spoke with before;

Your identification and contact details:

- Full name
- CPF/CNPJ (Brazilian taxpayer ID) or passport number
- Email address or mailing address (including postal code/CEP), so the Ombudsman can reply to you.
